Did not receive these boots was sent men’s , I have made no less than 4 x telephone calls and same number of emails to have a reply paid label to send men’s boots back so you can send me the correct boots for my grand daughters birthday on 22/1 .. you say you have them but can’t send them because men’s boots have been received . I even asked for address to post them back myself …. I am unhappy with service ! And still waiting
