Mail Order Inquiries

Mail order inquiries are to be made Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm ONLY. No changes to orders will be made over the weekend.

Saturday to Sunday please email [email protected] and we will get back to you on Monday.

Shipping Prices

Orders $40.00 and under incur a flat rate of $13.00 shipping to all states.

Orders Over $40.00 shipping rates apply per state as follows:

NSW, VIC & TAS: $16.50/order. Swags $19.95, Saddles $39.95.

QLD: $16.50/order. Swags $24.95, Saddles $39.95. 

SA, NT & WA: $16.50/order. Swags $24.95, Saddles $39.95.

Once orders are received, they are processed, packed and shipped as soon as possible. Express post is available, pricing varies on weight and post code.

Conditions Of Delivery:

We deliver our standard and express post parcels via Australia post. Some parcels will require a signature therefore if possible someone must be present to accept the package. For this reason we recommend, if possible, to deliver to an address that will be manned during business hours.

If you have not received your goods within the 21 day period, please contact us as your parcel may be awaiting collection.

These postage prices are for delivery in AUSTRALIA only. Any other countries will be quoted a new postage price once order is received.

Click & collect orders- Please allow 24 hours for pick up after order is places. (Monday – Friday)

Stock Availability

We wish to mention to our online customers that our stock levels are dynamic and change frequently, therefore some lines may be available for a limited time for online purchase.

Online Pricing And GST

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. All prices shown online are only valid online at the time shown.

Accepted Payment Methods

For online orders we accept Visa card, Mastercard or Amex Orders that are sent to us via post we accept cheque, bank cheque, money order & cash

Our Returns Policy

If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind, Newmarket Saddlery reserves the right not to offer a refund, however we are happy to provide you with an item exchange or store credit voucher. This is provided that the item is returned to our store within 14 days, is still in it is still original packaging, includes all instruction information, all accessories are included, is unworn/unused and in original condition. Please note that for exchange items you will be required to pay postage to and from Newmarket Saddlery.

If items need to be exchanged they must come back to us in brand new condition with all tags and packaging.

Horse rugs: Please put a clean rug or cloth under the new rug when trying.

Bits: please measure against an existing bit, we can not accept returns when the bit has been used.


We now feature afterpay, if you place an order and require a refund due to change of mind, Newmarket Saddlery cannot refund the full amount as afterpay keeps 6% commission of the sale regardless of change of mind.
