Orders $40.00 and under incur a flat rate of $13.00 shipping to all states.
Orders Over $40.00 shipping flat rate $16.50
Once orders are received, they are processed, packed and shipped as soon as possible. Please allow 21 days for delivery. Express post is available, pricing varies on weight and post code.
Conditions of Delivery:
We deliver our standard and express post parcels via Australia post. Some parcels will require a signature therefore if possible someone must be present to accept the package. For this reason we recommend, if possible, to deliver to an address that will be manned during business hours.
Orders are usually sent within 2 days of Purchase (excluding weekends).
These postage prices are for delivery in AUSTRALIA only. Any other countries will be quoted a new postage price once order is received.

If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind, Newmarket Saddlery reserves the right not to offer a refund, however we are happy to provide you with an item exchange or store credit voucher. This is provided that the item is returned to our store within 14 days, is still in it is still original packaging, includes all instruction information, all accessories are included, is unworn/unused and in original condition. Please note that for exchange items you will be required to pay postage to and from Newmarket Saddlery.

Description
We expect the boot to last 2-3 weeks under normal circumstances with many customers finding they last much longer. The boot is not indestructible and so is not guaranteed against breakage, due to the horse standing on the boot
These boots MUST be a very firm fit - like you would wear a wetsuit. They will almost certainly suffer damage if fitted too big
Featuring a grooved sole for extra grip and a Kevlar interior for durability, it also has an asymmetric zip to give the boot a really close fit (and prevent it opening), stopping bedding and other debris from getting inside.
The boot may be used with or without a shoe. They can be used on any foot (there is no left/right), although you may need different sizing if using on the hind. It can assist in a number of ailments to the foot such as abscesses, corns, bruised soles etc.
The boot is machine washable at 30 degrees. It is not designed as a riding boot.
