    The quality is excellent as was the service. We have found that the jute combo is very “roomy” and there was no need to wish that we had sized upward.
    The price as with all the specials we have purchased with Newmarket Saddlery would be hard to beat!

    Just the best Jute Combo, good length and size…..darts in shoulders…..
    Love these rugs….. makes their coat beautiful…. pulls old coats out……when the rug gets wet become waterproof due to the matted hair and oils that get into the jute…
    A good inbetween rug before weather gets really hot.

    Best all round paddock rug. Shine the coat. Light enough but strong enough to leave on all day in paddock. I have several. I prefer a natural fiber against my horses bodies. These rugs stay reasonably warm and dry even when it rains. The rugs dry out quick and often (because the rugs eventually retain natural oils from the horse) the horses are not wet underneath. They are easy to hose out and dry quick on the line. Easy to mend should mishaps happen.

    These jute rugs are nice and thick. Gives warmth while still being breathable. Love the three options for chest strap, works for all sizes.
    The extra drop is a good idea but unnecessary on our 11.1h pony, is down to her knees! The 4’9 is true to size but I had to cut the neck rug in half as it is the same length as in the 5’9. Much too long for this small size rug. Otherwise a great price for a quality rug.

    I bought two 6.6 and 5.9 and they both fit very well. they sit on the horse evenly no slipping! fittings are great and a generous drop length, would like a slightly bigger tail flap but for the price, excellent value!

    I’m very happy with my Oxford jute combos. They fit well and so far seem super durable as my horses can be tough on rugs. Good drop and length of neck for my 17.1 boy who has been in the dam several times while wearing his rug. Highly recommend them.

    I have purchased 2 of these rugs for my horses. I have found them to fit well and not rub and the quality exceptional. Good strong leg straps with strong buckles, adjustable front strap with three options for a good fit around the neck and the jute is nice and heavy.
    I would recommend these rugs to anyone after a jute rug to help with winter hair removal.

    Well made combo, good depth. True to sizing. Not a thin jute, but a good thickness. Perfect for in between seasons and polishing the coat. The only negative thing is it could be a little more generous across the chest area for my 1/4 horse cross stockhorses. Otherwise really good value. Very happy.
